2. Product-Specific Purchase & Refund Terms

2.1 SoloGenius AI

• SoloGenius AI is a subscription-based platform with ongoing monthly account costs.

• Certain offers may include a discounted access period (e.g., 14 days) at a reduced cost. This fee covers access costs and is non-refundable.

• All SoloGenius AI subscription payments — including monthly payments — are non-refundable.

Annual Plan Policy:

• The first year of an annual SoloGenius AI subscription is non-refundable once payment is processed.

• You may cancel at any time to prevent auto-renewal for the next year. Your access will continue until the end of your paid annual term, and no refund will be issued for unused time.

• For subsequent annual renewals (Year 2 onward), if you cancel and request to close your account immediately before the end of your paid term, we will calculate the cost of the months you’ve used based on the current monthly rate at the time of cancellation and refund the remaining balance.

• Example: If the monthly rate is $39 and you request to close your account 4 months into your renewed annual term, we will deduct $156 from your annual payment and refund the rest.

• After any applicable access period, your subscription will automatically continue at the plan you selected during checkout unless canceled before the renewal date.

• Subscription plans and pricing are always displayed clearly at checkout.

• You may change or cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team at support@digiup.no.

2.2 DigiUp Products & Services

• For many DigiUp products and services, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

• Where a money-back guarantee is offered, the specific terms will be clearly displayed on the relevant sales page or order form.

• Any guarantee terms apply only to the product or service specified — not to all DigiUp or SoloGenius AI offers by default.

• If no money-back guarantee is displayed for an offer, standard refund terms for that product or service apply.
